2011 Rates $119.00 plus tax per night 2 night minimum.

All holiday weekend rates $129.00 per night plus tax 3 night minmum.

• Double occupancy, $10.00 per extra person 16 years or older.
• Four units with new queen beds & double futon couches.
• One unit with a new queen bed & mini futon (suitable for small children).
• One unit with two twin beds and couch.
• All units have bar size fridges, coffee makers, kettles, 4 piece bath, sliding patio
• Doors to the deck over looking the million dollar view of the bay.

Reservations may be changed or canceled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the time of confirmed reservation.

A cancellation fee of at least one night will be assessed in cases of where less than 72 hours notice is given.
